Questions for Thought & Discussion:
1. What was the premise you had when you came to Christ. Do you think it was accurate according to the New Testament teachings? What has remained the same and what has changed, if anything, in your knowledge about Jesus?
2. Do you really believe God is for you and not against you? Why or why not?
This Week’s Application Activity:
– Talk to the Lord about your adoption into His family. Confirm your trust in Him and the central foundation that He really is for you and not against you. Offer Him thanksgiving and praise through one of your favorite choruses or hymns.
OR
– Maybe for the first time, you will come to Christ on His terms of a child-like faith and trust. And begin a new walk with Jesus that has never existed before!
Remember:
There is a big difference between having questions and rejecting God altogether.
