– Talk to the Lord about your adoption into His family. Confirm your trust in Him and the central foundation that He really is for you and not against you. Offer Him thanksgiving and praise through one of your favorite choruses or hymns.

– Maybe for the first time, you will come to Christ on His terms of a child-like faith and trust. And begin a new walk with Jesus that has never existed before!

Remember:

There is a big difference between having questions and rejecting God altogether.

2. Have you or do you struggle with mental health issues? How has this influenced your relationship with others? How has it influenced your relationship with God?

This Week’s Application Activity:

If you or someone you love is struggling with mental health issues ask the Lord for healing. Have leaders of the church anoint and pray for you. If the struggles continue, find a trusted professional who can assist you. The Lord often heals through the help of others.

Remember:

No matter what we are going through, God is for us and not against us. Be patient. Trust the Lord. Follow His lead.

Ask God to speak to you. Be patient and still. If you feel the Lord speaks to you, write the message down. Keep it close to your heart and mind. If you are ready, share the message God has spoken to you with another.
