3. Either on your own, with your household, or with your Life Group, make a list of “10 ways in which God has been generous to you.” Spend some time to give thanks to God for these things!

Remember:

To others, a life that is measured by a thankful heart smells better than Thanksgiving dinner itself.

This Week’s Application Activity:

If you or someone you love is struggling with mental health issues ask the Lord for healing. Have leaders of the church anoint and pray for you. If the struggles continue, find a trusted professional who can assist you. The Lord often heals through the help of others.

Remember:

No matter what we are going through, God is for us and not against us. Be patient. Trust the Lord. Follow His lead.
